PAF APORT 2017: The Visegrad Effect on Contemporary Moving Images is surveying the nature and distribution of moving image in the context of contemporary visual arts and cinema. Its aim is to establish a platform for sharing the experience of running visual arts events. Sharing not only within programme managers, curators and theoreticians, but also with the audience. Festivals and other cultural events, organized by the project partners in V4 countries, are venues where this exchange is taking place.
