The Sunday programme will begin at 9:30am in the Film Auditorium with the screening of animated films by students from the universities UTB, FAMU and UMPRUM Short Animations for Kids 2. Adults as well as children will enjoy these films.
The screening of the Nyau Cinema short films by the Malawi-born artist Samson Kambalu will take place at 11am.
At 12am Vladimír Kudělka from Hangonit studio will present his latest game Rememoried that takes its players to a surreal world disconnected from physical reality. In the Congregation Hall, the artist Marq Delong and the curator Lumír Nykl will talk about the background to the exhibition SANDBOX FRONTEX LITANY that is open in the attic of Konvikt.
The afternoon children’s animation workshop Little Animators led by Pavla Baštanová will start at 2pm in the Wurmova 7 gallery, where children can create their own puppets from modelling clay or paper. The puppets will then be put in motion in front of the camera.
The second discussion table of Other Visions Error establishing a database connection will focus on the issue of inland databases. The open discussion with guests will be led by the teacher and artist Tomáš Javůrek. The round table will start at 2:30 pm in the Congregation Hall.
The presentation programme is rich. Within the presentation Heavy Planet, the painter Josef Bolf will present his animated works at 1:30 pm in the Film Auditorium. Later, at 3pm the venue will host a presentation of the Portuguese film-maker Pedro Maia who will talk about the process of development of his “imperfect” films.
The screening and lecture Neprakta = Kopecný + Winter at 4:30 pm will offer a story about Bedřich Kopecný and Jiří Winter that will provide an interesting insight into the complex relationships of communist cultural policy and Czechoslovak popular culture of the 1960s.
One of the highlights of the festival will follow after the closing ceremony and the announcement of the winners of the Other Visions 2015 competition that will take place at 7 pm in the Film Auditorium. The exclusive AV performance of the project PLAIN initiated by PAF will take place in the Theatre at 8 pm. Wrapping up the day and the whole festival will be the London melancholic rapper Blue Daisy. The closing party in the Vertigo Club will bring memorable experiences through an unexpected programme.
