Dominik Gajarský (b. 1986) graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, Anna Daučíková’s Studio of New Media. Before that he also studied multimedia at Michal Pěchouček’s Studio, the Faculty of Design and Art, University of West Bohemia, Plzeň. During his studies he attended an internship at Universität der Künste Berlin, where he cooperated with Josephine Pryde, and in the Studio of Florian Pumhösl, the visiting pedagogue of the Academy of Fine Arts. His solo exhibitions took place in TIC Gallery Brno, Jelení Gallery in Prague and in EIB Art Institute, Luxembourg. He cooperates with Studio Hrdinů, teaches a seminar course at the art school and co-organises an award for artists older than 35 years.
He lives and works in Prague.
