Major Czech performer, conceptual artist and laureate of Artist Has an Award for 2015 Vladimír Havlík introduces a provocative participative project in the Emil Filla Gallery. In a playful way, he invites us to share the most intimate – our own dreams.
The first public dreams can be dreamt in the night of April 20 2016. The others can be shared through the special facebook group, where they can, however, be shared anonymously as well, after using the login of a “public” account loginlogout. Dreams can also be sent directly to Havlík’s e-mail
All the dreams, which their owners decide to share with the world, will be installed in the blue “dream” space of the Emil Filla gallery in Ústí nad Labem, where one can also “have a nap” and “share” or “publish” their dream by writing it down on a blue card and exhibiting it right away.
The participative project is aimed at a Czech setting, its aim is to collect as high a number of dreamers and reams as possible during its duration. Based on this “study material”, it will then be possible to compare in what ways do we influence each other in the way we dream, wheat enters our dreams and if multiple people share dream topics (possibly influenced by the participation in the participative exhibition itself).
PAF joins the call and is looking forward to your participation.
